Our new schedule starts Tuesday, September 6! We are excited to introduce four classes of Pound (the rockout, kick butt workout with drumsticks), a Candlelight Yoga class on Sunday nights, an additional LC Full Body Toning, and of course, the return of the old favorites -- Zumba and LC HIT!

Also, the new LC Fitness challenge for the week is boxing, and our goal is 100,000 punches by closing time on Sunday night! Can we do it? We are at 5,437 punches as of Monday at 2:00pm!
