Larry Chester, Jr. (aka LC)
LC has been specializing in personal training and sports specific training for eighteen years. Personal training will help you become stronger, more flexible, more balanced, and leaner. Improve your cardiovascular abilities and have a blast doing it.
LC has also helped many high school and collegiate athletes meet with tremendous success on and off the field.
April is new to the LC Fitness family, but she is already building quite following with her unique teaching style and easy to follow instruction.
Her classes are suited to everyone and is in the style of Vinyasa Yoga. All levels of practitioners welcome!
April is pleased to bring a new class to the schedule -- Candlelight Yoga every Sunday night at 6pm!

Melanie is passionate about dance fitness and has taught Zumba Fitness classes for the past six years. She brings enthusiasm, fun, and finesse to the group fitness room -- encouraging all participants to have fun and party on!
Not picking up the moves? Don't worry! Our motto is "Fake it and shake it!" or "Wiggle and giggle!"

Jenni has been teaching Zumba at LC Fitness for the past three years. Her inspirational attitude and fun-filled choreography is perfect for all levels of participants.
Join Jenni every Wednesday, Friday, mornings at 9am for ZUMBA Fitness classes and then rock out with a Pound Zumba Fitness combination class every Sunday morning at 10am!
